Our 3-roller system construction is designed for labelling of round containers, in a method that gives a correct horizontal label position, all around the container.
The containers are separated and one by one brought into a station, with one drive roller and 2 idle rollers. Held between the 3 rollers, the container is rotated, while it is held vertical by the 3 rollers. This ensures a correct vertical position of the container, when the label is dispensed on to the container, by the series 4000 dispenser.
The system has easy adjustments which makes it possible to label a wide range of container diameters in the system.
Furthermore, the system can place the label in position to a reference point on the container (option).
