Our smooth-running conveyors offer a perfect combination of durability and elegant design. Modular design allows quick and easy exchange and re-configuration.
The conveyors have smoothway frames with no sharp edges.
The belt conveyors range includes:
- Belt conveyors with roller bedding. Roller bedding is recommended for lengths over 5 m.
- Belt conveyors with plate bedding. Plate bedding is recommended for short conveyors or for transport of light items.
Sizes available:
- Width 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 mm
- Length from 750 to 10 000 mm (20 standard lengths available)
Belt type range:
- Smooth belts. For horizontal transportation or inclines of up to 10°.
- Grip belts. Recommended for inclines ranging from 10º to 28º.
- Belt conveyors with roller bedding
- Tubes Ø 48 mm impact proof plastic.
- Drive unit 0.12 kW or 0.37 kW.
- Gear Standard 40:1 = 10 m/min. Other gearings available. A frequency control system can be connected direct to the 3-phase motor.
- Frames Electro-galvanised steel.
- Width 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 mm.
- Length Available in lengths ranging from 0.75 m to 10 m.
