Logopak’s 400 Series is a compact print & apply labeller that requires very little space. The 400 Series provides high-speed labelling with up to 120 labels applied per minute. Due to its high cycle rates, the 400 Series is a very popular labeller for demanding applications in the food and shipping industries. Its heavy-duty design in combination with 30 different applicators and various ribbon widths available provide maximum flexibility and versatile use.
The 400 Series is equipped with a clearly arranged 10” touch screen, which gives you a comprehensive overview of your labelling processes with just a few clicks: from label visualisation and layout management to detailed analyses.
Like all print & apply systems made by Logopak, the 400 Series is based on a modular machine concept. All standard and customised solutions can be efficiently configured and adapted to individual requirements. In addition, the 400 Series can be extended and upgraded, for instance to enable printing of hybrid labels with integrated RFID chips.
The 400 Series works with digital drive technology using electronic control systems instead of mechanical couplings and belts, which makes the 400 Series particularly low-maintenance and practically wear-free.
Labelling in stationary or throughput mode
Depending on the selected applicator, the 400 Series labels your products either in stationary or throughput mode. No matter which variant you go for, they all guarantee highly reliable labelling processes. In throughput mode, for example, our applicator with state-of-the-art blow-on technology provides high-precision, crease-free application of your labels to ensure maximum barcode readability!
Data in real time
The 400 Series accurately prints and applies labels in real time, which is of particular benefit when applying shipping address labels in the e-commerce sector, because real-time printing excludes misalignments.
Maintenance interval display
With the practical maintenance interval display you can always keep an eye on when the next maintenance is due, and act promptly to prevent costly downtimes.
