The S1000 applicator attachment turns a Squix printer into a versatile print & apply system. It is an excellent cost-effective automation solution for any business.

The S1000 applicator uses an air cylinder to lower labels to the product surface. In a standard setup, the applicator is mounted above the product labeling area. Once the applicator is triggered, the air cylinder lowers the applicator pad to the product surface. A tamp pad is standard on the S1000 device, but other pads are available based on what type of product is being labeled and whether it is in motion at time of labeling. It allows print and apply of labels with minimal size of 25 x 25 mm.
